UNGHENI RECP Club was dedicated to resource efficiency and waste minimisation.

The Club members talked about the status quo of waste treatment and then shared their ideas about practical recycling solutions.

The presentation reviewed the legislative regulations and EU directives on waste management, as well as RECP techniques to avoid, reduce and recycle waste streams.

A practical exercise on waste selection by fraction helped understanding possibilities of recycling and that poorly sorted waste stream may be a problem for potential recycler.
